牛记汇峰 Noodle Beef

I was alone at this authentic Chinese restaurant for lunch. Upon entering, I noticed: very clean, tidy, open kitchen, which looks very clean. The chefs had just pulled fresh noodles and prepared the dishes. I was immediately helped with where to order. The selection was small but good. I ordered the cold noodles in chili oil. The food was ready in about 5-8 minutes. It was served in a chic bowl with lovely chopsticks and a wooden spoon. The dish was incredibly delicious, wonderfully seasoned, and truly something completely different from the standard Chinese food store. The freshly pulled noodles were perfectly chewy and firm to the bite. It was accompanied by fine, crispy vegetables. The staff were all very friendly, open, attentive, and polite. The three I spoke with spoke perfect German. The price/performance ratio is also great. I have truly become an absolute fan of this restaurant and, as a lover of authentic Asian cuisine, I will definitely come here more often. Card payments from €15.

Ding! The weather was a little hot, and I happened to pass by. I felt like I was back home for a second, so I decided to come and have a look. The noodles tasted good, the ramen was soft, the side dishes were good, and the Thai sweetness of the chicken feet was more intense. The boss also gave us a variety of platters. It was quite pleasant to sit with friends.

We were here for the first time last Sunday. We ordered the Lanzhou noodle soup each time. The flavor was very intense, and the meat was also very tender. The portion size was also decent. We'll definitely be back!

As someone who's traveled to Gansu, I knew from one bite that this newly opened Lanzhou ramen restaurant was the perfect flavor. The broth is incredible! You can choose the thickness of the noodles, and the beef bone broth is delicious. I especially recommend the beef rib noodles. If you like spicy food, ask the waiter for extra chili. I also recommend adding extra noodles and beef ribs for a fee! This will be my top choice for noodles in Düsseldorf from now on! It would be even better if they also sold rolled noodles!

The taste is pure! Fresh ramen, noodles and soup are all very authentic Lanzhou flavor! The beef is tender and tender, not sticky, and the noodles are refillable, but the bowl is very generous and full. The restaurant is a little stuffy, and it should be more comfortable in winter 😌

The Xi'an residents' real-name verification process is truly delicious. It's 80% of the flavor you'd find in China, and the service is much better. The first bowl I ordered was a wide noodle, but it was a bit soft. I ordered a wide noodle for my second bowl, and the waiter even came over to ask if I wanted the noodles freshly cooked or hard-boiled. I opted for freshly cooked, and the noodles had a very Chinese texture. It was truly impressive. The firmness can be adjusted, and additional noodles are free. For 12.5, what else do you want? Just rinse it, and it's delicious! I'm tempted to ask Wang Siyong for a visit. We've only been open for three weeks and a day. I hope the food remains consistent. The taste remains unchanged. This century-old restaurant is expanding and strengthening, aiming for further success.

We ate there by chance. It's a self-service fast food concept. However, it was very tasty. The dumpling selection was limited, but we were still able to find some for ourselves. The focus was on the soups, and they were delicious. We ordered them without cilantro, and the taste was still fantastic. We ordered two soups, a side dish (cucumber salad), dim sum, and two drinks. We could even have sat inside by the door with our small dog, which is very rare at Asian restaurants. We sat outside, but it was still comfortable.

I tried a bowl of "youpo-mian" (spicy hand-pulled noodles) here – simply fantastic! The noodles were cooked to perfection, with the perfect combination of heat, spice, and flavor. The chili oil, in particular, was super aromatic without being too hot. A true taste experience – authentic and truly delicious! I'll definitely be back.
